KORBA. PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Korba organized a Career Guidance and Counseling Program on August 25. The program featured Mr. Ullas Nair, a renowned counselor, as the keynote speaker.
The program commenced with a warm welcome of the chief guest by the school Principal, Mrs. P. R. Shankari. In his inspiring address, Mr. Nair emphasized the importance of choosing a career based on one’s interests and abilities. He provided detailed insights into various career opportunities available in different fields and highlighted the significance of goal setting, time management, consistent efforts, higher education opportunities, and subject selection for students.
Students from classes 9 and 10 actively participated in the session and got their queries resolved through interactive discussions. They expressed that the program was extremely beneficial and would help them make informed decisions about their future.
The program was skillfully conducted by Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Namdev, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Aradhana Singh. The Principal thanked the chief guest, Mr. Nair, stating that such programs provide students with new perspectives and motivation for their future endeavors.
